Peggy D. Brewer is the owner and chief accountant for Morgan Taylor Financial Services.

She learned the value of affordable and confidential service from her father, W.H. Caldwell, a very successful businessman in the Midwest.  It was in her father's business she also learned the importance of customer service and loyalty.

Entering the work force as an accountant, Peggy has served two universities as Controller and a major hospital in the management of payroll services.  During that time she has also served many private clients.

Having served on several board and in numerous volunteer activities, including Chair of the Board of Directors of Bay Federal Credit Union in Capitola, California.

Peggy holds a B.A. in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Texas and has done graduate studies in Taxation at San Jose State University.  She also is a Registered Tax Preparer with the State of California.
